Subocean was formed in August 2005 by a group of industry professionals with a proven track record in the industry.

It means we’ve got the pedigree, allied to a fresh perspective – and fresh ideas – that a new enterprise can offer.

Comprising Subocean Group Limited and Subocean Limited, we were founded by co-directors John Sinclair, Mike Daniel and Bill Docherty.

We acquired a large asset base of cable lay and trenching equipment. That’s been complemented by the assembly of a team of key project management engineers and technicians.

In all, it makes for a compelling offering to customers seeking a complete offshore subsea construction service.
